Jellymoon, Take Two
MOMS DESERVE TO BE PAMPERED, and our second-ever Jellymoon was a testament to exactly that. A few months earlier, we hosted our first Jellymoon in Grand Cayman… and it was so fun we decided to do it again. This time: The Henson in upstate New York, just a couple of hours outside the city. A huge thank you to our partners—Coterie, Ba&sh, Hanna Andersson, and Perelel—for helping bring this to life. And for every thoughtful detail, from in-room gifting to turndown service to pajama drops and late-night treats. Absolute dream partners.
Day One
Guests included Caroline Vreeland, Angela Pham, Krissy Jones, Leah Chernikoff, Rajni Jacques, Eva Alt, Babba Rivera, Pia Baroncini, Neeti Narula, and Erika Veurink—with Neeti leading meditation and yoga sessions, and Erika hosting a writing workshop. Each guest was given a key to their room with their name on it, along with our new STJ card game (more on that soon). Inside, rooms were stocked with fun, thoughtful goodies: Baccarat crystal candles, MZ Wallace bags, Dieux Instant Angel, Ceremonia’s Damage Kit, the Hatch Restore 3, and Framebridge vintage frames with photos of each guest inside (many pulled from their own Getting Sticky features).
Closets were filled with pieces from Ba&sh Paris to wear to dinner, and bathrooms had everything you’d want to fully settle in—a delicious body oil from Coterie waiting in-room, plus Boll & Branch soft blue robes to help guests get ready for their dream Coterie spa treatment.
Dinner with Ba&sh Paris took place in a private dining room, and as expected, it was anything but quiet. There was tons and tons of chatter, which is something we’ve come to love more with each Spread the Jelly event. At this point, we know none of our gatherings will ever be.
Turndown service was ideal. Going to bed without having to think about waking up to fix a bottle… bliss. And the details were so good: a cookie from Matilda’s, nighttime tea, and a Perelel delivery—books thoughtfully selected for each guest based on their stage and journey, alongside vitamins designed to meet them where they are in motherhood—waiting on the nightstand. Everyone fell asleep almost immediately. (Also, don't sleep don’t sleep on the Perelel hydration packs, pun intended.)
Day Two
The morning started slowly, with coffee and tea delivered to each room (always the dream), followed by a guided meditation and stretch with Neeti Narula. Everyone was dressed in Ba&sh Wellness for the session. Matching sets, of course.
Late morning into the afternoon, guests moved between lunch at Matilda’s to time at the Coterie Dream Spa (massages, wellness treatments, the full reset) to celebrate the launch of their new body oil. Then, there was a few hours of free time—for hiking, napping, reading, or exploring upstate at their own pace.
Throughout the day, there were little touch points everywhere: fresh fruit, snacks, a puzzle going in the main room, STJ cards and games scattered throughout. Later in the afternoon, we had a room drop from Hanna Andersson—tissue-wrapped pajamas tied with ribbon, plus a note—to set the tone for the night ahead. Yes: we threw a pizza party, and everyone got changed for a grown-up sleepover.
We held the movie night in the living room, complete with popcorn, candy, wine, and s’mores and sundaes to close it out. We watched Nine Months with Hugh Grant and Julianne Moore which you HAVE TO SEE if you haven’t already.
Day Three
Final day. We started the morning with breakfast followed by a yoga and share circle with Neeti Narula at Matilda’s. Afterwards, we gathered in the living room for a journaling session—Sticky Situations—led by Erika Veurink. There were a few tears (our own included).
We’re so proud of what we’re building, and Jellymoon remains one of our greatest accomplishments. We brought together an incredible group of women, partnered with brands we genuinely admire, and created the experience we wish we’d had through our own personal journey. Not just the luxury of it all, but the space to talk and be in conversation with other women who are in it, or have been through it. It's sort of like you're back in the best moments of elementary school.
On that note… we'll be announcing a few retreats very shortly. Make sure you sign up for our Substack to be first in the know.
